Travel Manager Holidays India Pvt Ltd realizes that most people who cancel their reservations do so out of necessity. Nevertheless, cancellations are costly to administer and involve dedicated staff time and communications costs. Therefore, all cancellations made before 30 days after booking are subject to 10% deduction of total tour cost. Cancellation made between 29-22 days after booking are subject to a non-refundable of 25%. Cancellation made between 21-16 days after booking are subject to a non-refundable of 60% deduction of total tour cost. And cancellation made 15 days before commencement of tour after booking are subject to a non-refundable of tour cost. Cancellations are based on per person bases. Please note, however, that reservations made after the final payment date are immediately subject to cancellation charges.

If you need to cancel your reservation, please send us a mail contact our Customer Service Representative. To receive any refund, if applicable, that may be due will be processed within 35 days after our receipt of your written notice of cancellation.

Traveler substitutions are considered reservation cancellations and are subject to cancellation fees. Please note that we do not make any refunds for any unused portion of your trip.

BALANCE PAYMENT, INVOICES, SERVICE VOUCHERS

The prices quoted in this website have been calculated at the rate prevailing at the time of printing of this website. The Company reserves the right to amend the prices published in this website and to charge accordingly in case of currency fluctuations, changes in the various gross rates of exchange, and/or fuel costs, special/high season charge levied by the suppliers, hike in the tax, hike of airline/rail charges before the date of departure. All such increases in price must be paid to the company in full before the departure of the tour.

All services would be as specified vide the Invoices and Service Voucher(s). A Service Voucher(s) is the written confirmation of the entitlement of the Client to travel on the tour and avail the services and the same must be presented by the Client to the Tour Manager or Service Provider as applicable on the first day of the tour. Services shall not be provided if the relevant Service Voucher in original is not produced. For some countries the Client would be handed over internal flight / train tickets, hotel and other vouchers by the Tour Manager / company representative on arrival at the holiday destination.

The Service Voucher(s) along with air-tickets and other travel documents would be given to you 1 days prior to the departure, only on payment of full tour cost including foreign exchange component 45 days prior to the departure of the tour and adherence to the schedule of documentation by you. If the booking is accepted less than 45 days prior to departure, you shall make full payment of the tour cost including foreign exchange component and deposits at the time of booking. If a booking is accepted by the Company on a date closer than 45 days before departure, the air tickets and other travel documents would be given to you as early as may be possible prior to the departure time.

It is entirely your responsibility to check the Service Voucher(s) / Tickets / Visas / Insurance Policies carefully and to let the Company know immediately in the event of any error.

Travel Manager Holidays India Pvt Ltd is acting as intermediary or a “Booking Agent” for products and services that are not directly supplied by us (e.g., air carriage and ground transportation, hotel accommodations, meals, tours, cruises, etc.). We are not a co-vendor of such products and services. You will be entering into a separate contract with such Suppliers in connection with such products and services. All airlines tickets are subject to supplemental price increases that may be imposed after the date of purchase. Post-purchase price increases may be applied due to additional costs imposed by a supplier or government. You may be charged additional sums by Travel Manager Holidays India Pvt Ltd to offset increased fees, fuel surcharges, taxes, and fluctuations in foreign exchange markets or any combination thereof. Acceptance of these terms and conditions hereby consent you to any post-purchase price increases and authorize STA Travel to charge my credit card for such additional amounts. Any deposits from you are non-refundable. Payment of a deposit enables us to hold a reservation for you but does not guarantee the price. The price can only be guaranteed once we receive full payment and other travel documents have been issued, subject to any terms and conditions of the Supplier. We will advise you of the date that full payment is required. Upon your provision of your payment information, you are authorizing us to make the payment arrangements with the corresponding Suppliers. We reserve the right to refuse personal checks as a method of payment. After full payment, the conditions of the contract with your Supplier may permit them to increase the cost of your arrangements. If we are acting as your Booking Agent, we will pass on any such increase to you as we become aware of such increase. If we have arranged a package, changes in transportation costs including the cost of fuel, taxes, fees and exchange rates mean that the price of your travel arrangements may change after you have paid in full. Your contract with your Suppliers may allow them to cancel or amend bookings. If we are your Booking Agent, we will ensure that you are promptly notified of any significant changes once we become aware of such change if there is time before your departure, but we accept no liability for any changes or costs incurred that may result. Subject to the Supplier’s terms and conditions, you will then have the choice of accepting the change of arrangements, accepting an offer of alternative travel arrangements if one is made available by the Supplier, or canceling your booked arrangements and receiving any applicable refunds. We do not guaranty that any refunds will apply. If you have booked a flight and we are alerted to a significant schedule change by your airline before you leave the Destination, we will contact you by email to advise you of this. Please ensure that you have given your contact email address OR contact number to us and that you regularly check for messages before you leave. We have no control over airline schedule changes and accept no liability for costs which may arise as a result of such changes. Any dispute subject to Bangalore Jurisdiction.
